Lucy’s Customer Success Team provides quarterly reporting to all content providers highlighting the engagement with their content in Lucy by our mutual customers.
Quarterly Schedule
Below are the dates a member of the Lucy Customer Success team will provide reporting to all providers on a quarterly basis throughout 2025.

2nd Quarter 2025 | April 1st – June 30th | July 14th, 2025 |
3rd Quarter 2025 | July 1st – September 30th | October 13th, 2025 |
4th Quarter 2025 | October 1st – December 31st | January 12th, 2025 |

Reporting Structure:
Content reporting includes the question the Lucy user asked and on which date, the title of the content returned and in which position, the source it was returned in, and any actions the user may have taken with the content (navigated to the source link, provided feedback, etc.).
