Applying Filters

Filter

1. Filter by Source
Lucy's default search includes all available sources. If you want to search a specific source like Zappi, you can select the source. Alternatively, if particular source is flooding the results, you can deselect the source.

2. Filter by Timeframe
You have complete control to have Lucy limit her response to answers from the last 3, 6 or 12 months or you can specify exactly the range of months that you want to include.

3. Filter by File Type
You can control the file types that Lucy will include in her answer results. Perhaps you know that the answer is in a PPT or you want to find only answers from Videos, you can use this filter to refine your search results.

4. Content 
You can control the content types that Lucy will include in her answer results. The content filter will dynamically update to show the most relevant brands, locations, and themes based on your results which you can then filter to. 

5. Language Picker

Here you can pick what language you want the answers to be in. You can choose from English, German, or Italian at this time.

Filter Preferences

Filter preferences allow you to set your preferred sources and date range to stay applied across searches. Save them once, so you don't have to reset them every time. You can update them anytime so you can focus on what matters most.

To set your filter preferences:

  1. Click on your name in the bottom left corner of the screen
  2. Navigate to the Preferences section
