Overview

Capacity's Answer Engine connects natively to a variety of file repositories to power the Capacity Concierge and other use cases. Below is a snapshot of our available self-service connectors. The Answer Engine Team can also implement new connectors follow our Implementation Process.  If you have any questions about the available connectors or possible integrations please reach out to the Capacity Customer Success team.

Our most common connection is to our clients' Microsoft SharePoint environments. Please reference our Microsoft SharePoint documentation for more details on the available connection mechanisms and step by step directions to enable for our customers.
