Follow the steps below to troubleshoot when a user can’t access Communities page.
| Can user select one of the Community articles of particular interest on the home page? | No |
| Is the Community section visible in the navigation bar? | No |
If yes, is the user able to click 'Community' | No |
If yes, are they brought to the Community page? | No |
