User not able to access the Edit Profile page
Follow the steps below to troubleshoot when a user is not able to access the Edit Profile page.

| If yes, does the user see their name and image in the bottom left corner of the navigation bar? | No |
| If yes, are they brought to the edit profile page upon clicking their name? | No |
