Upon login, is user met with announcement or video on home page? | No |
Confirm an announcement is set within user’s instance. | Yes |
If yes, is an “X” icon available in the upper right-hand corner? | No |
Confirm user hasn’t already closed the announcement. | Yes |
Does following the general guidelines address the issue? | No |
