User can't switch instances

Follow the steps below to troubleshoot when users cannot switch instances.

Confirm user has access to multiple Lucy instancesYes
Can user select the “Switch Companies” icon next to user welcome message in the navigation bar?No
If yes, can user select another company instance to switch to or search for another instance?No
