User can't switch instances
Follow the steps below to troubleshoot when users cannot switch instances.
Confirm user has access to multiple Lucy instances | Yes |
Can user select the “Switch Companies” icon next to user welcome message in the navigation bar? | No |
If yes, can user select another company instance to switch to or search for another instance? | No |
Does following the general guidelines address the issue? | No |
Confirm user should have access to the particular company instance in question. | Yes |
