User can't switch instances
Follow the steps below to troubleshoot when users cannot switch instances.

| Can user select the “Switch Companies” icon next to user welcome message in the navigation bar? | No |
| If yes, can user select another company instance to switch to or search for another instance? | No |

| Confirm user should have access to the particular company instance in question. | Yes |
