Document Chat


Overview

Document chat lets users dive into a document and ask further questions to unlock new insights. 

How To
Document Chat is available for any document longer than one page. To engage the feature simply click Summarize Document and once the summary is generated you will be able to engage in chat in on the left side of the screen.

Embebbed Page Numbers
With every claim Lucy makes she provides an embedded page number for which she sources the information. You can click the embedded page number to go directly to that page of the document to find out more.  

Contextual Responses
Lucy keeps a memory of your previous questions so you can ask followups to early questions. For example, if I asked "What generation uses the most social media" I could follow up and ask "What about the least" and Lucy would respond with context of both questions. 


If Document Chat is not available in your instance you can reach out to your customer success manager to enable it.
