User can’t verify an answer within results or answer view
Follow the steps below to troubleshoot when a user can’t verify an answer within results or answer view.
| Can user select the thumbs up icon within the tile view or when all 10 results are present? | No |
| If yes, after they select the thumbs up icon is the verified icon then populated next to the thumbs down icon? | No |
| If yes, is the user allowed to click the verified answer icon and does it become highlighted after being clicked? | No |
| If yes, if the user re-asks the question is the answer displayed as verified at the top of the results? | |
