User can’t share an answer within results or answer view
Follow the steps below to troubleshoot when a user can’t share an answer within results or answer view.

| If yes, are they able to select users to share with? | No |
| If yes, does the Share pop-up close upon clicking 'Send'? | No |
| If yes, does the person that the answer was shared with not see it in their Shared section? | No |
