Manage CMS Types

The Manage CMS Type page allows Content Admins to add and personalize CMS types to organize and present content effectively.

• Examples of CMS types include:

  • News/Events: Enables admins to create a time-bound collection of articles and links (similar to a blog), ideal for sharing company announcements, updates, or event information.

  • Wikis/Processes: Provides the ability to develop rich-formatted, business process-oriented articles. These articles function like a wiki, containing evergreen content that isn’t time-sensitive, perfect for documentation or instructional resources.
