Manage Articles
An Article is an individual post on a Capability or Community News page. Articles can contain their own content or link to external resources hosted outside of Lucy. The new, simplified user interface allows admins to create and manage articles easily, without needing to be an HTML expert. Articles with content in the HTML/rich-text "Description" field are rendered directly in Lucy. Community Articles with only a URL in the "Clickthrough" field will redirect users to an external site.

Edit the Description with HTML
In the Add/Edit Article window, the HTML editor provides a lot of power to manage the content available on supported pages. You can edit the HTML code by clicking the “HTML Code” button.
Figure 5 - The “HTML Code” button highlighted above in yellow.
The HTML editor inherits the core theme (font, colors, sizes, etc.) to enforce as much consistency across the platform as possible, though you do have the power to go above and beyond those options. Content Admins have HTML editing control in the tool; however, it’s recommended to use a full featured HTML editor like Dreamweaver or BBEdit to better manage your code, and simply copy and paste the tested HTML into the Lucy editor for best results.
Due to security considerations, there is only limited support for CSS styles, so you will need to keep this in mind as you plan and design your pages. For examples, you can reference the available Templates. You will also need to use absolute file paths with a full url to images stored on your public company server to include them in your pages.
If you want to revert to the core Lucy Theme, simply select the Clear Formatting button with the text highlighted in the editor to leverage the default style.

Note: This is not meant to be a comprehensive tutorial on how to create and edit HTML code, but rather a high-level overview of how an experienced frontend designer/developer would leverage the tool. Less technical Content Admins may be able to experiment with editing existing content and even create new content with the available templates.
