Search Overview
1. Asking a Question
Ask Lucy a question, the type of question you might ask a colleague like “What are some innovations on plant-based diets?” Use of natural language is preferred over search terms, to get better match responses. Lucy allows you to filter responses by “File Type”, “Timeframe”, “Source” and “Metadata”.
2. Filters
Lucy allows you to filter responses by “Source”, “Timeframe”, “File Type” and “Metadata”.
3. Lucy Synopsis
When Lucy has a rich answer selection from your question, she will give you an accurately summarized answer of what you are looking for from the answer selection. This text box will appear for the first few seconds after you receive search results.
4. Results Rating
To help Lucy gain confidence in the right answers, click the thumbs up or thumbs down after every answer. Answers are prioritized by Lucy's confidence. It should be noted that for a given user, what they think is the best answer will not necessarily be the top answer. (see more in next slide).
5. Save and Share Answers
Lucy allows you to save answers to your own collection and share the answer results to other coworkers.
