If you did not find what you were looking for, just let Lucy know that you did not find the right answer by clicking on ‘No’.
4. Tips & Need Help?
After indicating you didn't find what you are looking for she will provide some tips to help get you close to your desired results. If you do not find what you want and want more assistance in finding the content, just let Lucy know. Click ‘Yes’ here.
5. Tell Lucy What You Need
